Roughneck for Kids as part of the Daisies & Dragons Duathlon
Roughneck as part of the Gusher Marathon
However, our monthly SSAH Fit Lab competitions often contain an element of the Roughneck. Drop by for one of these mini competitions to hone your skills and to improve your fitness and health.
